How to Request Account Deletion

1. Enter the email address linked to your Guess The Spy account.
2. Tap the “Submit Request” button.
3. After that, our team will contact you to confirm account deletion.

What Data Is Deleted or Retained

• Deleted: account profile data, related identifiers, push tokens, and support data that can be directly linked to the account.
• May be retained: anonymized analytics and technical logs needed for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Retention Periods

• Account data is deleted within 30 days after request confirmation.
• Backups may be retained for up to 90 days, then automatically removed.
• Some payment and legally required records may be retained up to 180 days.
